Inspection tags are designed to record and
document equipment and machinery inspection,
servicing and maintenance events for easy reference. Tags are made from a durable 15 mil synthetic stock and measure 3-3/8” x 5-3/4”.  Available in over 20 legends and custom tags allow you to say exactly what you need for your safety program.  AED, Ladder, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Inspection, Forklift, Cylinder and many more styles available.  

Sold in packages of 25 with 3/8” eyelet.
